Numeracy - Caterpillar Legs
Today one of our math groups made legs for some caterpillars! Mrs Derrick gave us a caterpillar with a number on it and we had to put enough pegs on it so it matched the number.
Here are some of our caterpillars!

Making patterns
Today we explored patterns in numeracy. Have a look at some of the patterns we copied and continued.
We are learning to recognise and continue sequential patterns.
Caleb made a blue and black pattern.
We used multi-link cubes.
We had lots of cards to follow.
Salem copied this pattern.

Three Bear Maths
Toreka lined her yellow bears up.
Caleb had green to line up.
Today during maths we sorted our 3 bear family counters into different groups.
First we sorted them into colour groups, then lined them up according to size. Then we all chose a different group and counted them up.
We recorded a statement for each of our groups which you can read below.
Tua lined up his red bears.
Jasmine lined her blue bears around the circle.
